Welcome to Craftora by Silklora Corporation ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "customer") and Silklora Corporation regarding your use of https://silklora.in (the "Website") and our custom tailoring, hand-stitching, alteration, embroidery, and related services.

By accessing the Website, submitting measurements, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Silklora Corporation operates Craftora by Silklora, a professional custom tailoring and garment stitching service.

We comply with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other relevant regulations.

All garments are made-to-measure based on measurements, fabric, design, and instructions you provide. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of measurements and clarity of instructions.

Once fabric is cut or stitching begins, most orders become final and non-cancellable / non-modifiable except for genuine manufacturing defects.

We are not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements, unclear instructions, or changes requested after production has started.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Full or partial advance payment is required before we commence significant work (cutting / detailed stitching).

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash on pickup/local delivery. Online payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.

Production time varies depending on design complexity, embroidery, number of garments, and current workload — typically **5–15 working days**.

Delivery / pickup options:
• Free workshop pickup (recommended)
• Local delivery in Haridwar area (₹50–100)
• Nationwide courier shipping (₹80–250 approx.)

Timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur during festive seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Because garments are custom-made to your specifications, most orders are final once production begins.

Exceptions:
• Manufacturing defects or significant errors on our part → free repair / replacement / refund
• Ready-to-wear items (if any) → return possible within 7 days if unused & tagged
• Minor fit adjustments usually possible during pickup or local visit

All original designs, patterns, photographs, content, and materials on the Website belong to Silklora Corporation.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or use any content commercially without written permission.

If you provide reference images or designs, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

You agree to:
• Provide accurate information and measurements
• Not misuse the Website or services
• Not submit offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with operations

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if these terms are violated.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific garment or service.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental damages, or losses including (but not limited to) loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
