At Craftora by Silklora Corporation, we make every effort to deliver your custom-tailored garments, stitched outfits, and alterations promptly and safely. Most customers prefer in-person pickup from our Haridwar workshop, but we also offer local delivery and nationwide shipping.

Free • No shipping charges
- Collect your garments personally from our Haridwar location
- Convenient final fitting & minor adjustments possible on pickup
- Available during workshop hours (10 AM – 7 PM, Mon–Sat)
Local Delivery (Haridwar area)
₹50–₹100 • Within city limits
- Doorstep delivery in Haridwar & nearby areas
- Usually same day or next day after ready
- Cash on delivery available for local orders
Nationwide Shipping
₹80–₹250 • India-wide via courier
- Sent via India Post / DTDC / Delhivery / Blue Dart
- Tracking number provided via email/WhatsApp
- Signature required on delivery
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Tailoring / Stitching Time
5–12 working days depending on:
- Order complexity (simple alterations vs. full suits)
- Number of garments
- Embroidery / special detailing

Delivery After Ready
Pickup: Same day or next working day
Local delivery: 1–2 days
Nationwide shipping: 3–7 working days (after dispatch)

4. Delivery Issues & Support
Delayed / Missed Delivery
Contact us immediately — we coordinate with courier for fastest resolution.
Damaged in Transit
Report within 48 hours with photos → free replacement or refund (courier insurance claim).
